Paneglow
These terms cover the Paneglow browser extension and Paneglow Pro, its optional subscription. Paneglow is made by Brynk (“we”). By using Paneglow, or subscribing to Paneglow Pro, you agree to them.
Using Paneglow
- Paneglow is free to use, and everything free in it stays free. Paneglow Pro only ever adds features.
- The pictures and videos you import stay yours, and stay on your computer. Only import ones you have the right to use.
- How Paneglow handles your data is in the privacy policy.
Paneglow Pro
- Paneglow Pro costs $2.99 a month or $24.99 a year, in US dollars. Tax may be added at checkout, depending on where you live. What it includes is listed on the home page.
- You subscribe in the extension, from Settings → Paneglow Pro. Payments are handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe, who keep your payment details; we never see your card.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year, charged to the same payment method, until you cancel.
- If a payment fails, Pro pauses until you update your payment method (Settings → Paneglow Pro → Update payment).
- If we ever change the price for existing subscribers, we'll email you at least 30 days before you're first charged the new price, so you can cancel before then.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time. In the extension, Settings → Paneglow Pro → Manage or cancel opens your subscription's page on ExtensionPay, where you can cancel it. Or email Brynk.ex@outlook.com, and we'll cancel it for you.
You keep Pro until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and you aren't charged again. When it ends, Pro features go back to their free versions. Nothing you made is deleted, and it all comes back if you subscribe again.
Refunds
If Paneglow Pro isn't right for you, email Brynk.ex@outlook.com with the email address you subscribed with, and we'll refund in full:
- Monthly: your first payment, if you ask within 14 days of it.
- Yearly: any yearly payment, the first or a renewal, if you ask within 14 days of it.
You don't need to give a reason. Other payments aren't refunded, except where the law requires it, but you can cancel any time to stop the next one.
Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with, and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. A refunded subscription is cancelled, and Pro turns off within about a week.
No warranty
Paneglow is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable, but can't promise it will work with every website, browser or computer.
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about Paneglow is limited to what you paid for Paneglow Pro in the 12 months before it.
Changes to these terms
We'll post any change here, with a new date at the top. A change never applies to a period you've already paid for.
